I am a strategic finance and legal executive with a J.D. and MBA, and over a decade of experience helping organizations—from Fortune 100 corporations to government institutions and high-growth startups—optimize profitability, navigate regulatory complexity, and drive operational resilience.
My professional journey spans financial operations, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and public policy. I’ve led risk programs at one of the world’s largest mutual life insurance companies, designed turnaround strategies for publicly traded hospitality and entertainment firms, and directed anti-corruption investigations for the largest public healthcare system in the U.S.
I bring fluency in U.S. and global regulatory frameworks (AML/KYC, GLBA, NYDFS, OCC, FFIEC, SEC, HIPAA) and have deep experience in labor negotiations, data protection, corporate governance, and capital allocation strategy.
In addition to my industry work, I serve as a professor of Business Law and Managerial Finance and am a licensed insurance consultant and registered lobbyist in New York State, advocating for sound policy in law, healthcare, and finance.
